Shipping Policy
In order to be eligible for shipping:
- Orders can only be shipped to a Texas address
- A legal adult (21+) must sign for the package on delivery
- We cannot ship to a Post Office Box
- If you have a problem with your order, please contact us.
- Once orders are shipped, they become the responsibility of the recipient.
- The Ferm Meadery is not responsible for failed delivery. In the event of a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange for pickup or redelivery at the recipient's expense.

Are you at least 21 years old?
Per TABC guidelines, we are unable to serve those under the age of 21.
